Product Review: Hawaiian Tropic Weightless Face Sunscreen

I had a chance to try out Hawaiian Tropic’s SPF Weightless Face sunscreen and I took it poolside. I applied it before heading outside — the bottle has a pump, making it easy to get out of the bottle.

Upon applying it on my face, I noticed the light fragrance. It smells like paradise! I love the light fragrance, but if you have sensitive skin, this might be something to think about. The lotion felt good on my skin and it didn’t make my skin feel greasy. It’s one of my pet peeves when my hands and skin feel greasy after applying sunscreen!

I’ve been using it a few days now before leaving the house to run errands because there’s sun exposure even while driving. It’s something that I haven’t been that great at, so I’ve been looking for daily moisturizers that have SPF protection (one of my BB Creams does, but I don’t put on makeup every day). As I get older, I need to be more cognizant of how I care for my skin. This sunscreen provides 12 hour moisturization, which is awesome, and it’s recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation for daily use! I give this sunscreen two thumbs up and if the price is right when I go shopping for a refill at the store, I would gravitate towards this one!
